    El artículo tiene por objeto anticipar el futuro de la actuación de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en los próximos 10 ó 15 años. Para ello, en primer lugar identifica los elementos que modificarán más profundamente el entorno en el que actualmente se desenvuelve la actuación inspectora: la digitalización y la movilidad laboral, así como los escenarios que provocarán. En segundo lugar, se realizan una serie de propuestas de adaptación del Sistema de Inspección a la nueva situación.

    This article aims to anticipate the future of the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate's activities over the next 10 to 15 years. To this purpose, firstly it identifies the elements that will most profoundly alter the environment in which inspections currently operate: digitalization and labor mobility, as well as the scenarios they will create. Secondly, it proposes a series of adaptations of the Inspection System to this new situation.
