La actuación de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social debe guiarse por el principio de eficacia, pero también por el respeto a los derechos fundamentales de los investigados. En la actualidad, ambos objetivos se ven afectados por riesgos y controversias que requieren solución, de ahí que el presente análisis busque reflexionar y formular propuestas sobre esas cuestiones abiertas en torno a la actividad inspectora.
The actions of the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate must be guided by the principle of effectiveness, but also by respect for the fundamental rights of those under investigation. Currently, both objectives are affected by risks and controversies that require resolution; therefore, this analysis seeks to reflect on and formulate proposals regarding these open issues surrounding inspection activity.
