The only example in Italy of case law in the matter of collecti-ve gender discrimination is referred to the exclusion of women from high classification levels in public administration. New kinds of discrimination agains women, for instance, are due to ways of recrutement that require a certain seniority, as it is proved by sta-tistical analysis.
