En esta obra se analiza la significatividad de los enunciados normativos. En primer lugar, se estudian los fundamentos ideológicos de las doctrinas del positivismo científico y jurídico. A continuación, se reflexiona sobre el concepto de obligación y la forma en que se expresa por medio de enunciados. En fin, se estudia la figura de la autoridad, su papel en el derecho y en el razonamiento normativo.
In this work we analyze the signification of normative statements. First, we study the ideological foundations of the doctrines of scientific and legal positivism. Next, we reflect on the concept of obligation and the way in which it is expressed through statements. Finally, we study the figure of authority, its role in law and in normative reasoning.
