    La presente Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea resuelve una cuestión prejudicial a propósito de la regulación de las ayudas de minimis en el sector agrario. Al tratarse de una cuestión de procedimiento relativa a la justificación de no haber rebasado el importe máximo autorizado en el período de tres años, común a este tipo de ayudas, la solución tiene un alcance general respecto de las condiciones para el otorgamiento de estas ayudas cuyo limitado importe y simplificado procedimiento tiene un relevante alcance general que la hace especialmente interesante

    This judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union resolves a preliminary question concerning the regulation of de minimis aid in the agricultural sector. As it concerns a procedural matter relating to the justification of not exceeding the maximum authorized amount within the three‐year period common to this type of aid, the ruling has a general scope regarding the conditions for granting such aid. The limited amount and simplified procedure of this aid have a significant general impact, making the judgment particularly interesting.
