  • The essay examines the reasons for the crisis and decline of the legal meaning of the term «solidarity». The Author concludes that solidarity cannot exist as a right if it does not exist in fact. Le¬gal rules, taken separately, can be deceptive, whereas real lífe experience can establish bina-1g meanings.
