El presente artículo aborda el concepto de verdad desde la perspectiva filosófica de Gilles Deleuze, subrayando su carácter intrínsecamente social. Se examina cómo el conocimiento está siempre mediado por lo social y se analizan tres aspectos fundamentales: la interconexión, la diferencia y las condiciones sociohistóricas del avance científico. El artículo se centra en la intersección entre ciencia, verdad y nihilismo, abordando los desafíos que enfrenta la construcción de la verdad en el marco contemporáneo y haciendo notar algunos de los límites del saber, la posibilidad de la pregunta por la verdad y la paradoja del nihilismo, lo cual no implica la destrucción del sentido, sino que abre la posibilidad de nuevas formas de verdad y conocimiento. En suma, el texto argumenta que el progreso del conocimiento está intrínsecamente vinculado con los contextos específicos en los que se desarrolla. La metodología empleada es el análisis filosófico y la hermenéutica, cimentadas en la indagación de los textos deleuzianos. Se ha buscado interpretar su relevancia y aplicabilidad en el contexto contemporáneo, destacando las interrelaciones entre lo social y lo epistemológico.
The present article explores the concept of truth from the philosophical perspective of Gilles Deleuze, emphasizing its intrinsically social nature. It examines how knowledge is invariably mediated by the social, focusing on three fundamental dimensions: interconnection, difference, and the socio-historical conditions underlying scientific progress. The discussion centers on the intersection of science, truth, and nihilism, addressing the challenges that confront the construction of truth in the contemporary context. It also highlights certain epistemological limits, the possibility of engaging with truth, and the paradox of nihilism—understood not as the destruction of meaning, but as the opening of new possibilities for truth and knowledge. Ultimately, the article argues that the advancement of knowledge is inseparably tied to the specific contexts in which it emerges. The methodology employed combines philosophical analysis and hermeneutics, grounded in a close reading of Deleuzian texts. The objective is to interpret their relevance and applicability in contemporary settings, emphasizing the interrelations between the social and the epistemological.
