El texto que se presenta a continuación ofrece un recopilado de las fuentes remotas del derecho vitivinícola, analizando la legislación en torno a este importante producto de consumo, el cual ha estado presente a lo largo de la historia en diversas culturas haciendo que el mismo cruce no solo barreras geográficas, sino también lingüísticas e incluso religiosas, en ese sentido, se ofrece un recorrido que transita por las fases fundamentales de la historia del derecho, al explorar los diferentes encuadres jurídicos del derecho castellano, romano, canónico e indiano.
The following text offers a compilation of the earliest sources of wine law, analyzing the legislation surrounding this important consumer product, which has been present throughout history in diverse cultures, allowing it to cross not only geographical but also linguistic and even religious barriers. In this sense, it offers a journey through the fundamental phases of legal history, exploring the different legal frameworks of castilian, roman, canon, and Indian law.
