    Physical and digital spaces in university libraries are places where students engage in information-seeking and social activities. Following the restructuring of three libraries in a French university campus, we set up an exploratory research project to analyze the information practices of students and library professionals, and understand the challenges of redeploying spaces in the context of student life.

    Les espaces physiques et numériques en bibliothèques universitaires constituent des lieux d’activités infodocumentaires et sociales chez les étudiants. À la suite de la restructuration de trois bibliothèques sur un campus universitaire français, nous avons mis en place un projet de recherche exploratoire pour analyser les pratiques informationnelles des étudiants et des professionnels des bibliothèques et comprendre les enjeux du redéploiement des espaces dans le cadre du métier d’étudiant.
