Se propone la ampliación de la temática del Derecho Internacional y de la Integración en base al tridimensionalismo de la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico para proponer ramas jurídicas de Derecho Internacional y de la Integración de la Salud, Derecho Internacional y de la Integración de la Ciencia y la Técnica, Derecho Internacional y de la Integración del Arte, Derecho Internacional y de la Integración de la Educación y Derecho Internacional y de la Integración de la Adultez Mayor. Las diferentes ramas se caracterizan por rasgos especiales en las dimensiones sociológica, normológica y dikelógica; al fin, por poseer principios propios. Las ramas referidas, con sus diversificaciones, enriquecen a los enfoques jurídicos tradicionales.
The subject of International Law and Integration Law is proposed to be expanded based on the three–dimensionality of the trialist theory of the legal world in order to propose legal branches of International Law and the Integration Law of Health, International Law and the Integration Law of Science and Technology, International Law and the Integration Law of Art, International Law and the Integration Law of Education and International Law and the Integration Law of Older Adults. The different branches are characterized by special features in the sociological, normative and dikelogical dimensions; finally, by having their own principles. The branches referred to, with their diversifications, enrich traditional legal approaches.
