Este artículo presenta un nuevo corpus epistolar que abraza a un conjunto nutrido de cartas relacionadas con la Guerra del Rif (1909-1927), el que se ha venido a denominar el corpus CaGRif. Nos interesamos principalmente en explicar las características históricas y materiales que rodean a este conjunto, así como en ofrecer algunas notas sobre la variación lingüística que nos permiten estudiar estos textos. Pretendemos, por tanto, presentar las líneas de trabajo del proyecto, que se centrará en el estudio, edición y etiquetado de estas cartas.
This article presents a new corpus of letters related to the Rif War (1909-1927), which has come to be known as the CaGRif corpus. We are mainly interested in explaining the historical and material characteristics surrounding this collection, as well as in offering some notes on the linguistic variation that allow us to study these texts. We intend, therefore, to present the lines of work of the project that will focus on the study, edition and labelling of these letters.
