By delving into the relatively unexplored domain of digital resilience in the library sector, this investigation conducts a comprehensive literature review to establish its core principles.
An in-depth case study of Taiwan’s National Central Library demonstrates the practical application of digital resilience in fostering sustainable development, highlighting the library’s strategic efforts to overcome digital transformation challenges.
