Los juicios de Lesa Humanidad son hechos excepcionales porque ponen en tensión las disputas por la memoria en el ámbito local y nacional. En este artículo, se analizará el primer juicio a un integrante de la justicia federal durante la última dictadura militar, a partir de la prensa y de las disputas por la memoria en el recinto del tribunal durante las sesiones del juicio en el Tribunal Oral Federal n° 2 de Tucumán. Los resultados obtenidos dieron cuenta el sesgo en la noticia de la prensa nacional y provincial, el pacto de silencio en la familia judicial y cómo actuaron los Organismos de Derechos Humanos en el transcurso del juicio que se realizó en el año 2015.
Trials for crimes against humanity are exceptional events because they bring to the forefront the struggles over memory at the local and national levels. This article analyzes the first trial of a member of the federal judiciary during the last military dictatorship, focusing on press coverage and the debates surrounding memory within the courtroom during the trial sessions at the Federal Oral Court No. 2 of Tucumán. The findings reveal bias in the national and provincial press coverage, the pact of silencewithin the judiciary, and the actions of human rights organizations during the 2015 trial..
