Este artículo analiza la política exterior de Javier Milei durante sus primeros dos años de gobierno, caracterizada como minimalista y empresario-céntri-ca, que deriva en un giro disruptivo respecto a las tradiciones diplomáticas del país. Esta política exterior se enmarca en la corriente de la internacional reaccionaria, que aboga por el antiglobalismo y una batalla cultural contra el marxismo y la Agenda 2030. Asimismo, este periodo se destaca como un hiperoccidentalismo selectivo dado por el alineamiento casi exclusivo e incondicional con Estados Unidos e Israel, que contrasta con un distanciamiento explícito del sur global, los BRICS y el multilateralismo.Finalmente, lo caracterizamos como una presidencia retórica brutalista y con un fuerte amateurismo en las relaciones exteriores, que prioriza las con-vicciones ideológicas y el estilo personal del presidente sobre la diplomacia profesional y la falta de una estrategia sustentable de política exterior a largo plazo y acorde a las realidades del orden global actual.
This article analyzes Javier Milei’s foreign policy during his first two years in office, characterized as minimalist and business-centric, resulting in a disruptive shift from the country’s diplomatic traditions. This foreign policy is part of the reactionary internationalist movement that advocates anti-glo-balism and a cultural battle against Marxism and the 2030 Agenda.Likewise, this period stands out as one of selective hyper-Westernism, gi-ven the almost exclusive and unconditional alignment with the United Sta-tes and Israel, which contrasts with an explicit distancing from the Global South, the BRICS countries, and multilateralism.Finally, we characterize it as a brutalist rhetorical presidency with a strong amateurism in foreign relations, which prioritizes the president’s ideologi-cal convictions and personal style over professional diplomacy and lacks a sustainable long-term foreign policy strategy in line with the realities of the current global order. minimalist foreign policy, business-centric, reactionary inter-nationalism, selective hyper-Westernism, brutalist rhetorical presidency
