Busca-se, por meio do presente artigo demonstrar uma nova compreensão do liame existente entre notários/registradores e sociedade, através de uma releitura das relações jurídicas, sob uma perspectiva constitucional, principalmente sob o enfoque do princípio da solidariedade. Nesta senda, a solidariedade deixa de ser um valor meramente ético e moral para assumir a condição de novo paradigma constitucional, com força normativa, imprescindível para a concretização de uma sociedade harmônica e colaborativa, eis que se torna um fio condutor irradiando seus efeitos sobre todo o ordenamento jurídico, principalmente na atividade desempenhada pelos notários e registradores. De tal sorte, será analisada a importância do papel proativo desempenhado por estes profissionais de direito dentro deste contexto, enquanto agentes colaboradores para a pacificação social, a fim de estabelecer medidas permanentes de proteção aos idosos e, sobretudo, a concretização da dignidade da pessoa humana à luz da Constituição Federal de 1988
The objective of this article is to demonstrate a new understanding of the link between notaries / registrars and society, through a rereading of legal relations, from a constitutional perspective, mainly under the focus of the principle of solidarity. So, solidarity ceases to be a purely ethical and moral value to assume the condition of a new constitutional paradigm, with normative force, essential for the realization of a harmonious and collaborative society, that is, it becomes a guiding thread that radiates its effects on the entire legal system, mainly in the activity performed by notaries and registrars. In such a way, the importance of the active role played by these legal professionals within this context will be analyzed, as collaborating agents for social pacification, in order to establish permanent measures of protection for the elderly and, above all, the realization of the dignity of the human person. in light of the 1988 Federal Constitution.
