Se propone una lectura de los principios informadores del procedimiento laboral a partir de las aportaciones de la Teoría General del Derecho sobre los principios jurídicos. Concretamente, se aplican sobre los principios del rito laboral las categorías clasificatorias empleadas en la dogmática general para analizar la función interpretativa e integradora que estos despliegan. También su relación con otros principios jurídicos y otros posibles criterios de interpretación. Se estima que el recurso a estas nociones teóricas permite concretar la significancia de estos principios informadores y reforzar su presencia en la argumentación jurídica.
A reading of the guiding principles of labor procedure is proposed, drawing on the contributions of the General Theory of Law concerning legal principles. Specifically, the classificatory categories employed in general legal dogmatics are applied to the principles governing labor proceedings, in order to analyze their interpretative and integrative functions, as well as their relationship with other legal principles and interpretative criteria. It is argued that the use of these theoretical notions allows for a more precise understanding of the significance of these guiding principles and strengthens their role within legal reasoning.
