  Este artículo analiza el Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial de la Unión Europea (AI Act) desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, centrándose en su aplicación al ámbito migratorio. Se examinan los mecanismos de protección ética y jurídica frente al uso de sistemas algorítmicos en procesos de asilo, control fronterizo y gestión de crisis. Asimismo, se evalúa su potencial como instrumento de gobernanza global y soft power. La investigación concluye que el AI Act representa un modelo normativo innovador que combina la promoción de derechos fundamentales con la proyección estratégica de estándares europeos.

  This article examines the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act) from an interdisciplinary perspective, focusing on its application in the migration domain. It analyses the ethical and legal safeguards introduced to regulate the use of algorithmic systems in asylum procedures, border control, and crisis management. It also assesses the regulation’s potential as a tool of global governance and soft power. The study concludes that the AI Act constitutes an innovative regulatory model that merges the protection of fundamental rights with the strategic promotion of European standards.
