Los condicionantes socioespaciales de la salud son las circunstancias que intervienen en las oportunidades de vivir, enfermar o morir del individuo, características como el género, etnia, pobreza, entre otras; influyen en el acceso a la salud. Analizar estos condicionantes permite comprender las desigualdades en salud y proponer soluciones para una mayor equidad sanitaria. Esta investigación analiza la distribución y variación espacial del índice condicionantes socioespaciales de la salud en Yucatán, identificando territorios prioritarios. Se empleó el I de Moran y LISA utilizando el software GeoDa. Los resultados revelan patrones espaciales significativos de desigualdad en salud y clúster con bajos niveles de condiciones socioespaciales, principalmente al sur del estado. El análisis confirma que la distribución de los condicionantes en Yucatán no es homogénea ni aleatoria, sino que responde a factores socioeconómicos y geográficos que configuran las desigualdades en salud.
The social conditions in which individuals develop have defined in some way their opportunities for life or death, where characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, poverty, among others; they determine the access that the individual or society has to health. Analysing these socio-spatial determinants of health is of utmost importance to understand the inequalities in access to health that affect societies, in order to propose solutions that promote greater health equity. This research proposes to analyze the distribution and spatial variation of the socio-spatial conditioning index of health in the state of Yucatán, with the purpose of identifying priority territories. To achieve the objective, an exploratory analysis of spatial data was used through three techniques in the GeoDa software. These results will strengthen decision-making and the design of public policies in the field of health focused on reducing inequalities and inequities in access to health.
