Análisis de la STC 79/2024, de 21 de mayo, sobre el recurso de inconstitucionalidad contra diversos preceptos de la Ley 12/2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda. El Tribunal Constitucional aplica la competencia exclusiva estatal del art. 149.1.1.ª CE para justificar la constitucionalidad de gran parte de los preceptos impugnados, en equilibrio con la competencia autonómica del art. 148.1.3.ª CE.
Analysis of Constitutional Court Judgment 79/2024, of May 21, on the appeal of unconstitutionality against various provisions of Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing. The Constitutional Court applies the exclusive state jurisdiction of Article 149.1.1.ª of the Spanish Constitution to justify the constitutionality of a large part of the challenged provisions, in balance with the regional jurisdiction of Article 148.1.3.ª of the Spanish Constitution.
