La irremediable conexión existente entre la Inteligencia Artificial con el ámbito sanitario provoca que se planteen cuestiones éticas cruciales que requieren un examen con profundidad y una reinterpretación de los valores éticos vigentes hasta hoy en día. Se insta defender que la equidad y la justicia sean dogma de fe en el ámbito sanitario. La introducción de la Inteligencia Artificial con una reflexión filosófico jurídica plantea numerosos desafíos y suficientes razones para trazar una ruta de análisis sobre la naturaleza del derecho en la sanidad, tema que va a centrar el núcleo de la investigación de este trabajo.
The irremediable connection between Artificial Intelligence and the healthcare field raises crucial ethical questions that require an in-depth examination and reinterpretation of the ethical values in force today. There is a call for equity and justice to be upheld as dogma of faith in the healthcare field. The introduction of Artificial Intelligence with a philosophical-legal reflection raises numerous challenges and sufficient reasons to trace a path of analysis on the nature of law in healthcare, a topic that will be at the heart of the research in this paper.
