WiththecontinuousimprovementofChina'slaborlegalsystemandtheincreasingawarenessofworkers'rightsprotection,laborrelationshavebecomeincreasinglycomplex,resultinginfrequentlabordisputesthatposeseverechallengestohumanresourcemanagementinenterprises.Thispaperfocusesontheinteractionbetweenlaborlawandhumanresourcemanagement,examiningcommonlegaldisputesincurrentlaborrelations,suchasnon-compliancewithlaborcontractexecution,wageandbenefitdisputes,andimproperdismissalprocedures.Itconductsanin-depthanalysisoftheunderlyinginstitutionaldeficienciesandmanagementloopholes.Particularlyundernewemploymentmodels,suchasplatformworkandflexibleemployment,issuessuchasvaguelegalapplicabilityanduncleardefinitionsofresponsibilitiesareprominent,whichsignificantlyincreasetheriskoflabordisputes.Therefore,thispaper,inconjunctionwithChina'slaborlawsandregulations,arguesforthenecessityofenhancinginternalcorporaterulesandregulations,strengtheningtheprotectionofemployeerights,andimprovingcommunicationnegotiationmechanisms,withtheaimofhelpingenterprisesenhancetheefficiencyofhumanresourcemanagement,effectivelypreventandresolvelabordisputes,andbuildharmoniousandstablelaborrelations.
