La orla litoral constituye un área de gran relevancia en Balneário Camboriú (BC). En esta franja se desarrollan múltiples actividades humanas, lo que genera conflictos de competencia y de zonificación en la compleja relación entre la necesaria protección y preservación del ecosistema local y la demanda económica y social por el uso de este espacio. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo identificar las estrategias de zonificación implementadas por el municipio de Balneário Camboriú, con especial atención a la fachada central de la ciudad. Para ello, se analizan elementos de aplicabilidad y se realiza un ejercicio comparativo con el régimen español de costas
The coastal fringe is an area of great importance in Balneário Camboriú (BC), Brazil. This area is subject to multiple human activities, which generate conflicts of jurisdiction and zoning within the complex challenge of balancing the protection and preservation of the local ecosystem with the economic and social demand for the use of this space. This article analyzes the zoning strategies employed by the municipality of Balneário Camboriú, with a particular focus on the Central Coast area of the city. It also outlines elements for applicability and comparison with the Spanish coastal regime. The qualitative and deductive methodology used draws on reference tech¬niques based on previous research and work by the authors, as well as public documents and legislation. The results highlight the basic normative and institutional context of public policy management in Brazil, aligning with elements of the legal regime in Spain
