    El autor critica la postura de Rodríguez sobre interpretación jurídica, haciendo hincapié sobre cuatro asuntos: 1) las fuentes de indeterminación del derecho; 2) la idea de interpretación correcta; 3) la relevancia del contexto en la interpretación jurídica; 4) la escasa utilidad de la clasificación de las teorías de la interpretación.

    The author criticizes Rodríguez’s position on legal interpretation, emphasizing four issues: 1) the sources of indeterminacy of law; 2) the idea of correct interpretation; 3) the relevance of the context in legal interpretation; 4) the limited usefulness of the classification of interpretation theories.
