    El trabajo se centra en las propuestas adoptadas por Jorge Rodríguez en Teoría analítica del derecho en torno a cómo concebir las normas jurídicas y la actividad interpretativa. Además de analizar críticamente la parte propositiva de la obra por lo que respecta a estos dos elementos, plantearemos ciertas tensiones no resueltas si se los entiende como tópicos complementarios.

    The work focuses on the proposals of Jorge Rodríguez in Teoría Analítica del Derecho, which deal with the question of how to conceptualise legal norms and the activity of interpretation. In addition to critically analysing the propositive part of the work in terms of these two elements, we will raise certain unresolved tensions when they are understood as complementary issues.
