Como el propio autor reconoce, no es la primera vez -ni quizá sea la última- que afronta este debate con parecidos argumentos, en favor y en contra de la duda suscitada. Para la Revista supone, en todo caso, la oportunidad de añadirlos al avance que supuso el abordaje de cuestión tan vidriosa en el nº 71 de sus páginas. Dicho lo cual, tras el riguroso planteamiento que exigen los dos preceptos legales básicos del ordenamiento vigente, y la exposición ordenada de las razones que justifican reconocer el derecho o rechazarlo, la postura que se mantiene es posibilista, adornada en esa feliz frase que cierra la colaboración … Valdrá todo lo que se deje hacer …
