Previous research has shown the evolution of Parliament from a corrected two-party system to the current two-bloc system, and excellent analyses have been published addressing the consequences of fragmentation on the functioning of Parliament up to the XIV Legislature, a period in which the question was raised whether the newly formed coalition government was responding to a temporary situation or it would continue. This study seeks to provide an analysis focused on the positions of the political forces within their blocs and the impact of their behavior on the functioning of the Congress of Deputies during the XV Legislature.
