El derecho a la salud en México es un derecho humano consagrado y reconocido en la Constitución Política el cual tiene como fin asegurar y garantizar la sanidad de los mexicanos, este tiene como alcance desde la atención medica hasta la repartición de medicamentos y terapias a través de la gestión del estado en términos de prestación de servicios médicos conforme al marco normativo de salud pública. En el presente texto se aborda la importancia de la salud como derecho humano y como el estado está obligado a proveer de un sistema de salud equitativo y accesible para todos los mexicanos y en especial para mujeres, niños y personas pertenecientes a grupos vulnerables como migrantes indígenas o personas con discapacidad pues son estos grupos los más vulnerables y que más dificultad estructural tienen para acceder a la sanidad y en consecuencia se garantice su derecho a la salud
The right to health in Mexico is a human right enshrined and recognized in the Political Constitution which aims to ensure and guarantee the health of Mexicans, its scope ranges from medical care to the distribution of medications and therapies through the management of the state in terms of provision of medical services in accordance with the public health regulatory framework. This text addresses the importance of health as a human right and how the state is obliged to provide an equitable and accessible health system for all Mexicans and especially for women, children and people belonging to vulnerable groups such as migrants, indigenous people or people with disabilities since these groups are the most vulnerable and have the most structural difficulty in accessing health care and consequently their right to health is guaranteed
