• Resumen

  • The Author analyses, in this essay, the main outlines of the "Electrolux-Zanussi" industrial relation system, which represents the most important agreement on industrial democracy in Italy. After a brief analysis of statutory rules and formal procedures, the essay presents a case-study review on the practice of two local committes in Mel and Firenze Zanussi plants, and highlights the regulative effect of the local joint consultation system.
