Historical Italian trade union confederations have recently created organisations specially aimed at protecting new form of employment: Cgil-Nidil, Cisl-Alai, Uil-Cpo. Some union leaders have been interviewed on questions concerning co-ordinated and continuos workes, such as how trade unions intend to represent these workers, which services provide, subjects and levels of a future collective agreement.
