Otto Ernst Kempen, Robert Kretzschmar
The Authors examine the spread of new forms of work that are behind the classical Labour Law model, with particular reference to the so called "semi-independent" workers. Authors highlight the risks related to the inviolability of Labour Law and the lacks of the present legislative regulation as far as "semi-independent" workers are concerned. It is also stressed the obstacles to union activity both practical, such as German trade unions attitude, and legal, due to a dispute about freedom of association.
