El Estado de Veracruz es protagonista en la configuración del sindicalismo en nuestro País, a partir de esta premisa, consideramos interesante analizar los beneficios alcanzados por los Sindicatos en el Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Veracruz, al considerar que las Dependencias Centralizadas que los integran, constituyen una de las principales fuentes de empleo, en la que prestan sus servicios miles de trabajadores, y obtienen sustento las familias que de ellos dependen; de esta manera, además de mostrar los avances alcanzados por quien ostenta la defensa de sus derechos laborales, también se plantean algunas asignaturas pendientes de atender a la luz de la reciente reforma constitucional y legal en materia laboral, además de reivindicar sus causas.
The State of Veracruz is a protagonist in the configuration of trade unionism in our country, from this premise, we consider it interesting to analyze the performance of the unions in the executive power of the State of Veracruz, considering that the Centralized Units which make up these groups constitute one of the main sources of employment, where thousands of workers provide their services and support the families who depend on them; in this way, besides showing the progress achieved by those who are defending their labour rights, they also have some outstanding issues to consider in the light of the recent constitutional and legal reform in labour matters, as well as vindicate their causes.Keyworks: Syndicalism, Freedom to become unionized, Labour rights, Union organizations.
