Este trabajo analiza con carácter introductorio, pero novedoso, en la doctrina científica portuguesa las salvedades o reservas contenidas en los Reglamentos (CE) 883/2004 y 978/2009, en cuanto que referidas a Portugal. También analiza en esos mismos términos la jurisprudencia contencioso-administrativa y laboral portuguesa suscitada por la interpretación y aplicación de dichos Reglamentos comunitarios (o por sus antecedentes normativos inmediatos). El punto de contraste, teniendo en cuenta metodológicamente para efectuar dicho análisis, es el Derecho español de Seguridad Social sobre el tema.
This work analyzes with an introductory and at the same time novel character in the Portuguese legal literature the caveats or reservations contained in Regulations (EC) 883/2004 and 987/2009, as they refer to Portugal. It also analyzes under those identical terms the Portuguese administrative and labor case-law raised by the interpretation and application of such European Regulations (or by their immediate regulatory antecedents). The point of contrast, taken into account methodologically to carry out said analysis, is the Spanish Social Security Law on this subject-matter.
