El objeto de este artículo es analizar la entrega de información confidencial por el deudor en el marco de la reestructuración, el derecho a mantenerla confidencial y las medidas que deben adoptarse al respecto. También se analizan los derechos y obligaciones con relación a esa información por parte del experto de la reestructuración y de los acreedores.
The purpose of this article is to analyse the delivery of confidential information by the debtor in the context of restructuring and the right to keep it confidential and the measures to be taken in this respect. It also discusses the rights and obligations of the restructuring expert and the creditors in relation to such information.
