El presente artículo analiza el sistema de Fuentes del Derecho en el trigésimo aniversario de la publicación de la obra de Francisco Balaguer Callejón, Fuentes del Derecho: en particular, en el marco del Estado Autonómico español y del Estado regional italiano, se reflexiona sobre el modelo de relaciones existentes entre las legislaciones estatal y autonómica/regional, con el objetivo de destacar algunas virtudes y defectos de los respectivos ordenamientos constitucionales.
The article analyses the system of sources of law on the thirtieth anniversary of the publication of Francisco Balaguer Callejón’s work, Fuentes del Derecho: in particular, within the framework of the Spanish Autonomous State and the Italian regional State, it reflects on the relations existing between state and autonomous/regional legislation, with the aim of highlighting some virtues and defects of the respective constitutional models.
