Se pretende conocer el perfil del estudiantado de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid del Grado en Información y Documentación, en concreto, sus motivaciones, expectativas, satisfacción con sus estudios y sus opiniones sobre los valores éticos de la profesión. El método utilizado fue el de la encuesta dirigida a todos los estudiantes de dicho grado en el curso 2022-2023. Se obtuvieron 67 respuestas por lo que la tasa de respuesta obtenida fue del 26,8%. La mayoría del estudiantado están motivados por las oportunidades laborales y la formación, con expectativas de trabajar en el sector, hacer un máster o preparar oposiciones. Aunque están satisfechos con el contenido de la titulación, algunos critican el plan de estudios. Además, aunque reconocen la importancia de la ética profesional, muchos no están familiarizados con los ODS, sugiriendo que podrían integrarse mejor en el currículo.
The aim is to understand the profile of students at the Complutense University of Madrid in the Bachelor's Degree in Information and Documentation, specifically their motivations, expectations, satisfaction with their studies, and their opinions on the ethical values of the profession. The method used was a survey directed at all students in this degree program during the 2022-2023 academic year. A total of 67 responses were obtained, resulting in a response rate of 26.8%. Most students are motivated by job opportunities and training, with expectations of working in the sector, pursuing a master's degree, or preparing for competitive exams. Although they are satisfied with the content of the degree, some criticize the curriculum. Furthermore, while they recognize the importance of professional ethics, many are not familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), suggesting that they could be better integrated into the curriculum
