Se procede al análisis de los sistemas de acceso de las Carreras judicial y fiscal que se regulan en el Proyecto de Ley Orgánica por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, y la Ley 50/1981, de 30 de diciembre, por la que se regula el Estatuto Orgánico del Ministerio Fiscal, para la ampliación y fortalecimiento de las carreras judicial y fiscal, desde el punto de vista de las finalidades que justifican la reforma, sin que sea posible concluir que se cumplan los objetivos perseguidos.
The article analyses the access systems for the judicial and prosecutorial careers regulated in the Draft Organic Law amending Organic Law 6/1985, of 1 July, on the Judiciary, and Law 50/1981, of 30 December, regulating the Organic Statute of the Public Prosecutor's Office, for the extension and strengthening of the judicial and prosecutorial careers. The article focuses on the purposes that justify the reform, concluding that the objectives pursued are not met.
