A los fines del comentario del fallo en cuestión, en primer lugar, para tener una acabada idea del mismo, se procederá a su síntesis. Con el entendimiento de los hechos que se presentaron ante el magistrado, es posible extraer los temas centrales del mismo, más precisamente, los institutos jurídicos aplicados, y los derechos que entran en colisión. Así, respecto al primero se puede mencionar a la responsabilidad parental, mientras que entre los segundos se encuentra el derecho a la salud (y su vínculo con la vacunación), a la intimidad, y el interés superior del niño. A partir de las nociones más importantes de estos es que se analiza propiamente el fallo, relacionando la información obtenida previamente para comprender y desarrollar lo resuelto por el tribunal, determinando la propia postura respecto lo decidido.
For the purpose of commenting on the ruling in question, first of all, in order to have a com-plete idea of it, we will proceed to its synthesis. With the understanding of the facts that were presented before the magistrate, it is possible to extract the central themes of the same, more precisely, the legal institutes applied, and the rights that enter in collision. Thus, with respect to the former, parental responsibility can be mentioned, while the latter include the right to health (and its link with vaccination), privacy, and the best interests of the child. Based on the most important notions of these, the judgment itself is analyzed, relating the information previously obtained to understand and develop what was resolved by the court, determining one's own position with respect to what was decided.
