  En este trabajo, nos proponemos examinar la irrupción de la inteligencia artificial en la educación, su injerencia en el vínculo entre el docente y el educando y la regulación de su empleo. Se considera especialmente la metamorfosis antropológica que transita el ser humano y la necesidad de soluciones especiales ante este cambio de paradigma en la enseñanza, mediante el despliegue iusfilosófico de la teoría trialista del derecho:

  In this paper, we propose to examine the emergence of artificial intelligence in education, its im- pact on the relationship between teacher and student, and the regulation of its use. Particular attention is paid to the anthropological metamorphosis that human beings undergo and the need for specific solutions to this paradigm shift in teaching, through the juridical deployment of the trialist theory of law.
