  Los artistas enfrentan vulnerabilidades es- tructurales durante cinco etapas vitales: descubri- miento y formacion inicial, desarrollo profesional, bus- queda de reconocimiento, autovalimiento economico y preservacion del legado. El Derecho del Arte debe abor- dar la dimension humana artística, protegiendo a estos creadores sensibles que cuestionan el poder establecido y reflejan la condicion humana vulnerable a traves de sus obras.

  Art law must address the human dimension of art, pro- tecting these sensitive creators who challenge the established order and reflect the vulnerable human con- dition through their works.
