El objetivo del presente artículo es explicar cómo los acicates pueden contribuir a hacer efectivos los principios jurídicos de buen gobierno y el derecho a una buena administración. Para ello se analizan las conexiones entre estos conceptos y los modos de interacción entre ellos y algunos sectores de referencia donde dicha relación puede detectarse. La principal conclusión del estudio es que los acicates son un instrumento eficaz y económico para mejorar el gobierno y la administración
The aim of this article is to explain how incentives can contribute to the effective implementation of the legal principles of good governance and the right to good administration. To this end, the article analyzes the connections between these concepts, the ways in which they interact, and certain key sectors where such relationships can be observed. The main conclusion of the study is that incentives are an effective and cost-efficient tool for improving governance and administration
