  • The article explores the challenges faced in implementing the European Small Claims Regulation in Italy, focusing on issues such as a high number of appeals and dis-proportionate costs. It discusses the need for adjustments to achieve the ESCP’s objectives effectively. Despite these challenges, positive developments are also noted.
