    La figura del experto en la reestructuración se encuentra parcamente regulada en el Texto Refundido de la ley concursal, lo que genera cierta incertidumbre jurídica sobre la extensión de sus funciones. Analizaremos el contenido de las normas aplicables, junto con la práctica en el mercado de las reestructuraciones, así como algunas resoluciones judiciales relevantes sobre la materia.

    The role of the restructuring expert is sparsely regulated in the Revised Text of the Insolvency Act, which gives rise to legal uncertainty regarding the scope of their functions. This article aims to analyze the content of the applicable rules, current restructuring market practices, and some relevant court rulings on the subject.
