Los modelos democráticos actuales no han experimentado reformas profundas en los últimos cien años. Las tecnologías de IA Gen están empezando a ensayarse en diver-sos países del mundo. Su característica principal es estructurar la participación para evitar los peores efectos de las redes sociales políticas que no han logrado sino al contrario mejorar la participación, al polarizarla. Mediante las tecnologías que consideramos se trata de apro-vechar la inteligencia colectiva pero de forma estructurada. Los modelos tienen mucho que avanzar, pero nos aportan una visión relevante de su evolución y también de problemas como la descarga cognitiva y la manipulación.
Current democratic models have not undergone profound reforms in the last hundred years. Gen AI technologies are beginning to be tested in various countries around the world. Their main characteristic is to structure participation to avoid the worst effects of political social networks that have not succeeded in improving participation, but on the contrary, by polarizing it. Through the technologies we consider, we try to take advantage of collective intelligence but in a structured way. The models have a long way to go but they provide us with a relevant vision of their evolution and also of problems such as cognitive download and manipulation.
