  En este texto se muestran tres ejemplos de erosión de la legalidad causada por resoluciones del Tribunal Constitucional español en las que ese Tribunal se aparta de su función de declarar el sentido del texto constitucional a través de razonamientos jurídicos y se adentra en el terreno del legislador, bien porque manipula una disposición legal, bien porque le dice al legislador lo que debe hacer o, finalmente, porque le impide continuar el proceso de debate y, en su caso, aprobación de una iniciativa legislativa

  This text shows three examples of the erosion of legality caused by decisions of the Spanish Constitutional Court in which the Court departs from its attributed function of declaring the meaning of the constitutional text through legal reasoning and enters the legislator’s field, either by manipulating a legal provision, or by telling the legislator what to do or, finally, by preventing it from continuing the process of debate and, where appropriate, approval of a legis-lative initiative
