El objeto de este trabajo se centra en los Vocales elegidos por las Facultades de Derecho como Vocales del Tribunal deGarantías Constitucionales (TGC). En especial de los Vocales procesalistas y su capacidad, por la especialidad de la materia, para formar parte de dicho Tribunal. Abordo el aspecto personal y político de los mismos. Destaco su alta proporción en este órgano en comparación con los otros Vocales profesores de las Facultades de Derecho. Eran dos Vocales procesalistas y un Secretario también procesalista y esto no deber ser motivo de duda para sentirnos orgullosos de este periodo como procesalista que soy. También coincide su nombramiento con la etapa dorada del Derecho procesal dado que en este periodo se creó la Primera Escuela del Derecho Procesal Español y por ello la denominamos la “Edad de Oro”. Su participación en el TGC pudo influir en su tragedia posterior de 1936 a 1946.
The object of this work focuses on the members chosen by the Law Faculties as members of the Court of Constitutional Guarantees. Especially the procedural members and their ability due to their specialty to be part of that Court. I address the personal and political aspect of them. I would like to highlight the high proportion of professors in this body compared to the other members of the LawFaculties. There were two procesalist members and secretary also procesalist and this should not be a reason for doubt to feel proud of this period as procesalists that we are. His appointment also coincides with the golden age of procedural law given that in this period the First School of Spanish Procedural Law was created and for this reason we call it the “Golden Age”. His participation in the TGC may have influenced its subsequent tragedy from 1936 to 1946.
