Objective: To analyze the profile of women with ovarian cancer between 2018 and 2022 in Joinville, Santa Catarina State, Brazil. Methods: A descriptive study with a quantitative approach was carried out using data from women diagnosed with ovarian cancer registered in the hospital records of the José Alencar Gomes da Silva National Cancer Institute. Results: in the period between 2018 and 2022, 37 cases of patients with ovarian cancer were registered. There was a low prevalence in the historical period evaluated, which may indicate difficulty in early access or improvement in local health indicators. Conclusion: women who were diagnosed with cervical cancer were in the most advanced age group, white, with low education, married, limited in the registration of data on the health history of the patients, as well as the family history of neoplasms, the clinical cancer was advanced in the degree of carcinogenesis, squamous cell carcinoma was the most common histological type, and surgery and chemotherapy were the most used therapeutic modalities.
