    Tras algunas modificaciones legales de los últimos años, la fisonomía del cohecho en la regulación penal chilena ha sufrido ciertos cambios que hacen necesario revisar diversos planteamientos acerca de cuál es el bien jurídico afectado en dicho delito. En el presente trabajo se busca determinar el bien jurídico atacado en cada una de las figuras de cohecho contenidas en la actual regulación del Código Penal chileno y cuál es la forma en que en cada caso se produce el atentado contra dicho interés.

    After some legal modifications in recent years, the physiognomy of bribery in the Chilean criminal regulation has received certain changes that make it necessary to review various approaches about what is the legal interest affected in this crime. This paper seeks to determine the legal interest attacked in each of the bribery offenses contained in the current regulation of the Chilean Criminal Code and the way in which in each case the attack against such interest is produced.
