  Se reflexiona sobre las prácticas y enfoques en BCI que se ven interpelados por cambios profundos, como otras veces, en los procesos de registro, disponibilidad y acceso que afectan las producciones y realizaciones sociales en todos los órdenes. Y sobre cómo este proyecto, encuentra su potencia en su capacidad para afirmar sujetos sociales y promover el crecimiento y las transformaciones de una comunidad.

  This paper reflects on BCI practices and approaches that are challenged by profound changes, as in the past, in the processes of registration, availability, and access that affect social productions and achievements at all levels. It also reflects on how this project finds its power in its ability to affirm social subjects and promote community growth and transformation.
