Uno de los temas más analizados hoy en el campo de las relaciones laborales son las plataformas de trabajo. Sin embargo, al momento no se ha estudiado en profundidad la dimensión de la subjetividad de los trabajadores, es decir, los procesos de configuración de sentido en situaciones concretas. Este artículo se propone contribuir a llenar ese vacío, identificar cuáles son los sentidos construidos por los trabajadores de plataformas sobre su trabajo y las organizaciones colectivas. Además, entender cómo se configuran esos sentidos, es decir, qué dimensiones intervienen y cómo se vinculan. Para ello abordamos el caso de los trabajadores de plataformas de reparto en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Aplicamos una matriz analítica multidimensional y combinamos métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
One of the most frequently analyzed issues in the field of labor relations are labor platforms. However, the dimension of workers’ subjectivity, in other words, the configuration of meaning in concrete situations, has yet to be been studied in depth. This article aims to fill this gap by identifying the meanings constructed by platform workers in regard to their work and collective organizations. It also seeks to understand how these meanings are configured, which dimensions intervene and how they are linked. To this end, we analyze the case of delivery platform workers in the city of Buenos Aires, using a multidimensional analytical framework and combining quantitative and qualitative methods.
