• The impact of the federal reform on labour law is expected to be profound, given the centralistic tradition of the Italian legal system; the reform, however, could be an opportunity to explain the couples of concepts national/regional and fundamental/not fundamental, even if the distinction remains at any rate a political choice. Among the subjects included in the reform, the Author analyses that of "protection and safety at work", the complex meaning of which is also underlined.
